SUMMARY This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical experience who wants to continue developing their skills, as well as someone who is mechanically inclined and interested in learning the trade. We are open to candidates with a variety of experience levels and are willing to train the right person. Essential Duties and Responsibilities We are looking for a Trailer and Fleet Mechanic to join our maintenance team and work alongside our Head Mechanic. This position will assist with the repair, maintenance, service, and preparation of our company-owned tractor/trailer equipment, with a primary focus on Pneumatic/Bulk Tank, Van, and Reefer Trailers.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous mechanical or maintenance experience. Experience working on tractors, trailers, trucks, or other heavy equipment. Welding or fabrication experience. Experience with tires and tire service. Previous tractor/trailer driving experience. Ability to learn new mechanical skills and follow instructions. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong attention to safety and detail. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Education and/or Experience Previous mechanic experience (Preferred) Previous welding experience (Preferred) Class A CDL is a plus, but not required
