Duties & Responsibilities:
Job Summary:
The Process Technician will be responsible for supporting manufacturing operations by performing various technical tasks related to process monitoring, troubleshooting, and improvement to ensure efficient production and high-quality products.
Job Responsibilities:
Monitor and control manufacturing processes, equipment, and facilities to ensure optimal performance and adherence to specifications. Perform routine checks, inspections, and preventative maintenance on production equipment. Troubleshoot process and equipment issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. Assist in the development and implementation of new processes, procedures, and equipment. Collect and analyze process data, prepare reports, and recommend improvements. Operate and maintain a variety of manufacturing and testing equipment. Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to resolve issues and improve efficiency. Adhere to all safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies. Maintain accurate records of process parameters, maintenance activities, and product quality. Provide training and support to production operators as needed. Pre-Requisites / Skills /
Experience Requirements:
Job Qualifications:
•Associate's degree in a technical field (e.g., Electronics, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Technology) or equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment, preferably in a process technician role. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment operation. Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and perform root cause analysis. Experience with process control systems and data acquisition. Proficiency in using common hand tools and test equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
