Mechanical Technician Job Location:

Ponchatoula, LA 70454

Must Have:

Basic experience in the assembly, maintenance, and repair of gearboxes. General technical understanding of mechanical systems, preferably within an industrial environment. Ability to support troubleshooting activities and perform standard mechanical repair tasks both in-house and at customer sites.

QUALIFICATIONS

Proven hands-on experience in the assembly, maintenance, and repair of gearboxes and winches Strong technical understanding and affinity for mechanical systems, ideally in drive technology Structured and independent working style with a high level of responsibility and reliability Experience in customer service or technical field service is highly desirable Valid driver's license Willingness to travel, including international assignments (approx. 20%) Team player with strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset Ability to professionally interact with clients on-site and represent the company Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP systems (Sage) is a plus Participation in ongoing technical training and willingness to continuously develop skills Please share your resume
