Our client, a leading automotive and engineering organization, is seeking a Mechanical Technician to join their team. As a Mechanical Technician, you will be part of the Engineering Operations team supporting Engineering, Testing, and Manufacturing teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

5 Days per Week. 2nd Shift Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-10:30 PM 3rd Shift Sunday-Thursday, 10:00 PM-6:30 AM Training Period (Approx. 2 Months) 1st

Shift:

Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-3:00 PM What's the Job? Review and approve engineering drawings, sketches, and fabrication documentation for manufacturing and assembly. Support project planning by interpreting blueprints, specifications, and testing requirements. Supervise and perform testing of mechanical systems, components, and complete units under operational conditions. Analyze test results and modify equipment to ensure compliance with design and performance specifications. Fabricate, assemble, and improve mechanical components and equipment to support engineering projects. What's Needed? Associate's degree in Engineering Technology or a related technical field. 8-10 years of experience in mechanical testing, fabrication, manufacturing, or engineering support. Strong knowledge of engineering principles, mechanical systems, and manufacturing processes. Experience with engineering software, technical drawings, and related computer applications. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. What's in it for me?
