Job Description

Entry Level Technician - assembly line operation, changeovers, troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of the Mechanical Technician include, but are not limited to: Support production equipment operation, including performing changeovers (setups) between products. Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs on mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems. Conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime. Maintain production equipment and plant systems in proper working condition, ensuring overall facility readiness beyond assembly lines. Follow all safety and quality standards.

Skills:

Basic understanding of mechatronic systems (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic) Ability to read electrical and pneumatic schematics. Basic electrical knowledge (multimeter, voltage/current fundamentals) Understanding of pneumatic components (cylinders, valves, air pressure) Experience with hand and power tools. Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with PLC systems (basic level preferred) Strong safety awareness (Lockout/Tagout) Effective teamwork and clear communication with people on the production floor. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Afternoon shift position. Monday through Friday 3:00pm-11:00pm. Must be able to pass a 10-panel drug screen
