Job Description

Our client, a leading automotive manufacturing company specializing in electric vehicle and battery technology , is seeking a Mechanical Technician to join their team. As a Mechanical Technician , you will be part of the Battery Cell Innovation Center supporting Battery Manufacturing, Engineering, and Testing Teams . The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

$25 - $29/hr What's the Job? Perform equipment setup, operation, testing, cleaning, and process checks. Work in a controlled clean-room environment while following safety protocols and PPE requirements. Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment and process-related issues. Collect, analyze, and document operational and testing data. Support battery cell manufacturing operations while collaborating with engineering and maintenance teams. What's Needed? Associate degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Engineering Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing, laboratory, testing, or mechanical environment. Experience operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment. Ability to interpret engineering instructions and technical documentation. Comfortable working around chemicals, wearing PPE, and working in a clean-room environment. What's in it for me?
