Job Description:

As a Hair Transplant Technician, you'll assist in performing FUE and FUT hair transplant procedures , ensuring the highest standard of care for our patients. You will be responsible for graft preparation and placement, surgical room setup, sterilization, and patient care during and after procedures. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced technicians or medical professionals (MAs, RNs, CNAs, surgical techs) looking to train in a specialized field.

Responsibilities:

Assist physician during hair transplant procedures (FUE and FUT) Dissect, count, and prepare grafts under magnification Handle delicate follicular units with precision and care Maintain sterile environment and proper surgical setup Provide patient support before, during, and after procedures Follow all safety, hygiene, and compliance standards Maintain equipment and surgical room cleanliness

Qualifications:

Preferred:

Experience in hair restoration or aesthetic procedures Background as a Medical Assistant, Surgical Tech, Nurse, or similar role Familiarity with FUE and FUT procedures

Required:

Steady hands and excellent hand-eye coordination Attention to detail and a commitment to sterile technique Professional demeanor and ability to reassure patients Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment Willingness to train if no prior hair transplant experience
