Shift:

8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday, with overtime and weekend work usually required during project builds up to 3 Saturdays per month

Environment:

Cleanroom Environment (more than 50% of the time)

Travel:

50-80% Domestic Travel Required - 7 weeks on the road and I week home

Overview:

We are looking for a candidate who can work with a group of technicians to set up and build lithography scanners. This work takes place inside a customer's cleanroom. You will be required to perform strenuous physical work in a cleanroom suit. The work performed requires attention to detail and a high importance on workmanship quality.

Description of responsibilities:

Performs technical tasks of limited scope with assistance. Learns to set up electronic, mechanical, optical units to ensure equipment performs to specification. Provides technical support of process piping and electro-mechanical systems as related to semiconductor equipment installations Work involves isolating and defining unknown conditions and resolving critical problems Ability to lay cabling and to perform construction work in accordance with specifications and procedures Ability to take physical field measurements and conduct facility verification Ability to use measurement tools

Required Skills/Abilities:

Communicates in a clear, accurate and courteous manner with customers and colleagues Projects a positive and professional image of self and client Proficiency with common hand tools: adjustable wrenches, drivers, torque wrenches, socket drivers, etc. Interest in the semiconductor industry and latest technological advances If you have most or all of the following, please apply: 2-year associates degree in electrical, mechanical, or related field plus 2-5 years related experience in mechanical/electrical engineering within semiconductor industry Working in cleanroom experience Heavy industry experience

Physical Requirements:
