About the Role As an Industrial Plant Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring operational excellence by maintaining the reliability of our production machinery and facility infrastructure. You will utilize your expertise in electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime and drive continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes. Responsibilities Execute comprehensive maintenance and troubleshooting on diverse production equipment, including electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Drive operational efficiency by performing proactive preventive maintenance to prevent equipment failure. Perform essential fabrication tasks, such as welding and cutting, to support facility modifications and repairs. Diagnose complex mechanical issues and implement effective, long-term solutions to restore functionality. Interpret intricate electrical schematics and mechanical drawings to guide repair and installation projects. Utilize precision hand tools, power equipment, and diagnostic meters to maintain high standards of machine performance. Uphold a culture of safety by strictly adhering to environmental regulations and maintaining an organized, hazard-free workspace. Qualifications Required Skills Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in an industrial manufacturing maintenance role. Demonstrated proficiency in working with industrial electrical systems and circuitry. Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on mechanical and electrical diagnostics. Commitment to safety protocols and environmental compliance in a production setting. Preferred Skills 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related technical field. Formal education or certification in Industrial Maintenance or a related trade. Advanced experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical system integration. Proven track record in fabrication, welding, and advanced electrical troubleshooting.
