GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Assist in collecting information and documenting processes to improve the efficiency and productivity of manufacturing operations. Documentation of detailed sequential work instruction and development of method sheets. Preparation of diagrams, graphs and charts to illustrate routing, work flow, floor layouts and procedure of material handling and use of machine. Studying the steps and time taken by the workers and identifying efficiency of each role. Observe the workers while using the equipment to know whether it is maintained and also if it works appropriately. Use time devices (such as stop watch or video camera) to determine Labor Times and Machine Standard Times. Assessing data and draft reports and graphs to indicate or validate deviations from existing operations and standards.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Strong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft office Exceptional technical skills, analytical ability, judgment, and strong operational focus Excellent organization and time management skills Either knowledge of 2D drawing in AutoCAD or willingness to learn to make 2D drawings in AutoCAD. Minimum of 0
  • 2 years' experience in manufacturing
