• What You'll Do:

• Perform and direct preventive maintenance and repairs within our local campus, ensuring all work meets standards.
• Implement Operations, Maintenance, and Repair (OM&R) strategies to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient building operations.
• Conduct quality control audits and provide deficiency reports to supervisors.
• Offer technical assistance and training in advanced building operations and troubleshooting.
• Engage in hands-on repair and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.

• Qualifications:

• Diploma or GED, with a vocational degree or apprenticeship preferred.
• 5 years of commercial HVAC experience.
• Knowledge of applicable codes, laws, and regulations (NFPA 70E, OSHA 10, EPA Certification).
• Strong customer service skills and excellent communication abilities.
