Required Skills:
Proven experience in mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting Strong understanding of mechanical systems, pumps, valves, and rotating equipment Caterpillar Engine Experience is required Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics Proficient in using diagnostic tools and hand/mechanical tools Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Effective communication and teamwork abilities Nice to
Have Skills:
Welding and fabrication experience Waukesha Engine experience is highly preferred; Aerial Compressor experience is highly preferred Experience with predictive maintenance technologies Familiarity with safety protocols and OSHA regulations Basic understanding of control systems
Preferred Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred Some knowledge in gas process, mechanic of motor compressors Minimum of 2+ years in a similar mechanical maintenance role in industrial or energy environments
Other Requirements:
