$17.00-$17.75 per hour + $0.75/hr 2nd shift differential Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 1st & 2nd Shift Available Looking for a full-time job where you can learn new skills and build experience in manufacturing? Wisconsin Precision Casting Corporation is hiring Plant Technicians for our Lake Geneva facility. No previous manufacturing or foundry experience is required. We provide on-the-job training! Our Plant Technicians are cross-trained throughout the manufacturing process, giving you the opportunity to learn different skills and work in different areas of the plant. What You'll Do Depending on your assigned department, your work may include: Operating and assisting with manufacturing equipment Wax injection and assembly Robotic shell dipping and autoclaving Casting removal and finishing Grinding and deburring castings Sand and shot blasting Casting inspection Shell removal and other general foundry duties Following work instructions and safety procedures Entering production information into a computer system Working with your team to keep production moving Don't have manufacturing experience? What We're Looking For Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Willingness to learn Ability to follow written instructions Basic computer skills Ability to work well with others Ability to work in a manufacturing environment Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. when required Shift Opportunities 1st
