Job Description

Technician I Shift:

1st, (4:30am-3pm)

2nd, (9am-7:30pm)

Pay:

$23-$28/hr (Based on experience) We are looking for a reliable and motivated Technician I to support daily production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is perfect for candidates with mechanical aptitude, manufacturing experience, and a strong focus on quality and teamwork.

Perform quality inspections using precision measuring tools

Complete production and inspection paperwork accurately

Support machine start-ups and changeovers

Train and assist machine operators as needed

Learn and understand the forging/manufacturing process

Make minor machine adjustments to maintain part quality

Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical systems

Clean, maintain, and organize tooling and equipment

Support plant initiatives and continuous improvement projects

Follow all safety and quality procedures

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required

2-4 years of manufacturing experience preferred
