Job Summary The Engineering professional will work under direct supervision and perform a variety of routine engineering tasks designed to build practical experience and familiarity with engineering methods, practices, processes, and programs. Key Responsibilities Support manufacturing, process, and design engineering activities. Perform routine engineering assignments under the guidance of experienced engineers. Use established references, procedures, standards, and technical documentation to identify and resolve straightforward problems. Collect, organize, and evaluate technical and operational data. Assist with developing plans and recommendations for assigned engineering activities. Support engineering design applications and help implement practical solutions. Participate in projects that provide exposure to engineering processes, tools, and methodologies. Prepare and maintain basic engineering documentation, reports, and records. Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret technical information, drawings, specifications, and procedures. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively under supervision while developing independent engineering capabilities. Familiarity with engineering design, manufacturing, or process improvement concepts is a plus.
