MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- BS in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering preferred, degree in Engineering or technical discipline required.
- 1 - 4 years as a manufacturing engineer or similar technical role
- Must have mechanical aptitude and high-level technical experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Must have solid foundation in knowledge of SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
- Must possess project management skills.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities required.
- Must be able to read and interpret technical documents such as drawings, schematic diagrams, operating instructions and procedure manuals.
- Advanced skills in mathematics and statistics required.
- Ability to reason through comparison, classification, analytics, coordination and innovation.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.
- PMP Certification preferred.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to speak English effectively to management and employees of organization.
