As a Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting the manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

$95000 - $125000 What's the Job? Ensure metallurgical and NDT conformance to customer and internal specifications for all products. Maintain and improve existing products while developing new product processes. Create efficient manufacturing processes to ensure product compliance and quality. Support manufacturing needs through timely and accurate technical assistance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive yield improvements and process optimizations. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in an engineering field with a minimum of 10 years of experience in investment casting industry. Proven experience managing process engineering from tool build through production of multiple part numbers. Strong problem-solving skills related to defect identification, Pareto analysis, and MRB review. Experience with aerospace and industrial gas turbine components, including vacuum cast vanes and blades. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools. What's in it for me?
