KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage advanced manufacturing operations to drive operational excellence and process optimization. Develop and implement advanced manufacturing strategies to enhance productivity and improve product quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and achieve operational goals.
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics. Extensive experience in advanced manufacturing engineering and process optimization. Strong knowledge of advanced manufacturing technologies, such as automation, robotics, and additive manufacturing. Proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvements. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage resources effectively to meet production targets.
WE VALUE
Master's or Ph.D. degree in Engineering or related field. Experience in implementing advanced manufacturing technologies and processes. Strong project management skills and knowledge of industry best practices. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Ability to mentor and develop junior engineers.
