Job Description
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related field. Extensive experience in semiconductor device testing, optoelectronics, or laser diode characterization. Proven ability to diagnose complex test issues and implement engineering‑level solutions. Strong background with automated test systems, data acquisition, and statistical analysis tools. Deep understanding of semiconductor device physics and optical/electrical performance metrics. Excellent communication skills and demonstrated success working cross‑functionally. Preferred Skills Experience with high‑power laser diodes, photonics packaging, or reliability testing. Proficiency in test automation programming (Python, LabVIEW, MATLAB, C/C++). Hands‑on experience with DOE, SPC, FMEA, and other structured problem‑solving methodologies. Familiarity with high‑volume manufacturing environments and continuous improvement frameworks. [NOTE:
