Job Description
Quality Engineer (Manufacturing) $80,000 - $100,000 + Medical, Dental, Vision + 401(k) + PTO Camarillo, CA (Commutable from: Oxnard, Ventura, Thousand Oaks, Simi Valley, Santa Paula, Moorpark, Newbury Park) Are you a Quality Engineer who enjoys being the go-to problem solver, driving corrective actions and improving manufacturing processes? Do you have experience working to ISO standards and using structured methods like 8D to get to root cause fast? This is a permanent, on-site position with an innovative manufacturer, offering a strong salary range and a stable Monday-Friday schedule. You'll be trusted to manage multiple priorities, respond decisively to production support requests, and make visible improvements to quality and cost. You'll join a business with a busy product roadmap and increasing demand, where innovation and new features keep things technically interesting. With products used across industries including manufacturing, robotics, medical, and defense-related markets, the work stays varied and high value. Based in Camarillo, you'll act as the technical and quality liaison between customers and manufacturing, supporting ISO compliance, internal audits, and continuous improvement across production. This role suits a candidate motivated by technical progression - someone who wants to deepen their ISO/IPC knowledge, strengthen their 8D problem solving, and become a recognized quality specialist in a fast-moving manufacturing environment.
