At The Gund Company , you'll do more than support manufacturing operations. You'll help shape them. We're looking for a Process Engineer I to join our team and play a key role in driving continuous improvement, Lean initiatives, process optimization, and capital projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineer who wants hands-on experience, real ownership, and the chance to make a measurable impact from day one. What You'll Do
- Improve manufacturing processes to enhance safety, quality, efficiency, and cost performance
- Support Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen initiatives that drive real business results
- Analyze production data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements
- Participate in root cause investigations and problem-solving activities
- Lead and support continuous improvement and capital projects
- Create CAD drawings, process documentation, work instructions, and training materials
- Collaborate with operators, leaders, and engineering teams to solve manufacturing challenges
