Job Description
Job Summary The Manufacturing Engineer - Project Support is responsible for supporting active aerospace manufacturing projects through process planning, production readiness, documentation control, and cross-functional coordination. This role works closely with project, quality, operations, and engineering teams to ensure deliverables are executed on schedule and in compliance with manufacturing and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities
- Support manufacturing deliverables for current projects, including process definition, readiness planning, and issue resolution;
- coordinate with project managers, operations, quality, and engineering teams to ensure timely execution of project milestones;
- develop and maintain manufacturing documentation including work instructions, process plans, and related technical records;
- identify and resolve production issues affecting schedule, quality, or readiness;
- participate in risk tracking, action item closure, and continuous improvement initiatives related to project execution. Experience
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline;
- experience in manufacturing engineering within aerospace or another highly regulated industry;
- working knowledge of manufacturing processes, production support, engineering changes, and quality systems;
- demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-functional project environment; strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
