Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, Quality, or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education, technical training, and relevant experience. 3-5 years of relevant quality engineering, supplier quality, manufacturing quality, inspection, or manufacturing-engineering experience in a manufacturing environment. Practical experience working within an AS9100 and/orISO 9001
certified quality management system. Experience with supplier quality, nonconformance management, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and cross-functional problem solving. Hands-on inspection experience with mechanical and/or electro-mechanical components and precision measuring equipment. Ability to read mechanical engineering drawings and apply dimensions, tolerances, and basic GD&T concepts; experience with First Article Inspection and FAIR documentation. Working knowledge of manufacturing processes such as machining, sheet-metal fabrication, plating/coatings, assembly, electronics, PCB/PCBA manufacturing, soldering, conformal coating, or ESD controls. Inspection of chassis, enclosures, brackets, machined parts, sheet metal, PCBAs, electronic assemblies, cables, and related hardware. IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, or similar electronics-workmanship standards. Supplier audits, supplier scorecards, SCARs, containment, supplier development, or supplier performance metrics. Quality tools such as PFMEA/FMEA, SPC, Pareto analysis, process capability, sampling plans, or control plans. Aerospace, defense, medical-device, or other regulated manufacturing. ASQ certification, AS9100/ISO 9001 internal-auditor training, Lean Six Sigma certification, or formal GD&T training. IND002Pay:
