This role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing schedules and risks, and ensuring products are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with customer and quality requirements. The ideal candidate has strong manufacturing and project management experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can effectively collaborate with engineering, quality, supply chain, production, and external vendors. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from kickoff through production release and post-launch evaluation. Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies. Review and validate engineering drawings, specifications, manufacturing requirements, and purchase order deliverables. Coordinate cross-functional activities between engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and operations teams. Manage outside processing (OSP), tooling, fixtures, special processes, and vendor deliverables. Oversee inspection, testing, and First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR/FAI) to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements. Monitor project progress, identify risks or bottlenecks, and drive timely corrective actions. Communicate project status, timelines, and key updates to customers and internal stakeholders. Support continuous improvement initiatives by documenting lessons learned and improving project execution processes. Ensure all deliverables meet quality, cost, and schedule objectives. Required Skills & Experience Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, machining, tooling, fixturing, and production workflows. Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and customer requirements. Experience working with external vendors, suppliers, and outside processing providers. Knowledge of quality systems, inspections, testing procedures, and

documentation. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and risk management capabilities. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. High attention to detail with strong follow-through and accountability. Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and project tracking tools. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent hands-on experience. Previous experience in NPI, project engineering, manufacturing engineering, or related technical project roles. Strong understanding of technical documentation, manufacturing processes, and production coordination. Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment preferred.
