We are looking for Manufacturing Engineer who will be responsible for ensuring manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently and that the output of production meets on time delivery requirements.
Duties:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the production department Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands Maintain inventory levels and order necessary materials and supplies Monitor production processes and ensure efficiency and quality standards are met Design and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations Utilize engineering principles to analyze and improve manufacturing processes Provide technical support and troubleshooting for production issues Create and maintain documentation for manufacturing processes and procedures Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement through continuous improvement initiatives Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutionsExperience:
- Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of industrial equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex manufacturing issues
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
