Job Description
- The Role
- The Manufacturing Engineer II will rely on their experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals with limited supervision and will use cross-functional leadership, technical knowledge and communication skills to launch new products and improve profitability on existing products in manufacturing areas
- + Identify and implement manufacturing projects which improve facility efficiency, reduce scrap, and/or improve product quality in order to contain and/or decrease costs.
- Requirements
- + Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Manufacturing (required) + Master's degree in Engineering/Manufacturing (preferred) + 5+ years experience working in an Engineering capacity in a manufacturing environment with demonstrated project leadership/management and team collaboration + Progressive experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting with experience working in operations, process engineering and manufacturing with demonstrated sense of urgency to successfully complete project goal(s) + 2+ years experience (Hot Compression) Mold designing and/or Experience with molding plastics, preferably fluoropolymers (preferred) Certain states require pay information be provided in job postings.
- In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus.
