Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here Help Build the Future of Medical Technology An established and growing medical technology manufacturer is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support the development, optimization, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes used to produce innovative medical devices. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys solving production challenges, improving manufacturing efficiency, supporting new product introductions, and working in a highly regulated, collaborative environment. What You'll Do Develop, maintain, and improve manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling, and production systems. Support New Product Introduction (NPI), manufacturing validation, and design transfer activities. Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions. Develop and improve production test methods, fixtures, and manufacturing documentation. Identify and support capital equipment and manufacturing improvement projects. Partner with R D, Production, Quality, Supplier Quality, Regulatory, and IT to ensure successful product launches and efficient manufacturing operations. Support equipment calibration programs and manufacturing compliance activities. Drive Lean Manufacturing, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience. 2+ years of Manufacturing Engineering or Process Engineering experience. Experience supporting manufacturing processes, production equipment, and process improvements. Familiarity with New Product Introduction (NPI), design transfer, and manufacturing validation. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, change control, and Design for Manufacturability (DFM). Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment is strongly preferred, including medical devices, life sciences, aerospace, defense, semiconductor, or other highly regulated industries. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and cross-functional communication skills. Why Consider This Opportunity? Competitive salary of $79,000-$100,000 .
