Job Summary The Continuous Improvement Engineer focuses on leading the implementation of Lean Principles and Operational Excellence initiatives throughout the production plant and its support processes; through VSM mapping, lean tools, best production practices, etc. This role is responsible for managing all 3Q6S efforts and their interaction with all departments of the business (e.g. engineering, production, quality, sourcing, document control, etc.). SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
It facilitates the deployment of the
MOEN - C & E- OPEX
Strategy to elevate 3Q6S across the site. Develop and maintain employee training and development in Lean concepts. Develop measurement systems that support the lean manufacturing philosophy Develop and implement project plans to achieve the Future State Execute LEAN manufacturing and design techniques Identify manufacturing cost reductions and provide ROI justifications for change. Optimize workflow and cell layouts and introduce cost-effective automation for productivity and safety benefits.
Requirements:
Lean Manufacturing tools and principles, including but not limited to:
VSM, SWI
(tools and forms), Configuration Reduction, 5S, TPM, Troubleshooting (core tools), and Lean Material Flow . Daily management systems Advanced mastery of MS Excel and Vision Basic competence in CAD software desired. Additional Job Details
