$110,000 - $120,000 DOE (Flexible) Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer III to develop and improve manufacturing processes, drive operational efficiencies, and support production excellence. This role serves as a technical leader, working cross-functionally to optimize workflows, implement process improvements, and support manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods and work cells. Create and maintain process documentation and manufacturing procedures. Analyze workflow, facility layouts, and equipment utilization to maximize efficiency. Collaborate with Engineering, Planning, Production, and Vendors to support manufacturing processes. Estimate production times, labor requirements, and manufacturing costs. Lead process improvement initiatives and provide technical guidance to engineers and technicians. Apply data analysis and statistical methods to improve productivity and manufacturing performance. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. 5-8 years of manufacturing engineering experience. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, workflow optimization, and process improvement. Experience with MS Office and SolidWorks. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Aerospace or highly regulated manufacturing experience. Experience leading projects and mentoring junior engineers.
