This role is responsible for managing daily production, optimizing processes, and ensuring high-quality output in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, technical expertise in CNC machining, and a continuous improvement mindset. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise CNC machinists and programmers. Optimize machining processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and control costs Ensure proper setup, programming, and operation of CNC equipment Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies Collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams Oversee maintenance and upkeep of machines and tooling Qualifications 5+ years of CNC machining experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role Strong knowledge of CNC programming, setup, and operations (mills, lathes, multi-axis preferred) Experience with CAD/CAM software and Mastercam Proven ability to lead teams and improve production processes Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus Excellent communication and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in high-precision industries (aerospace, medical, automotive) Knowledge of quality systems and inspection processes Technical degree or equivalent hands-on experience What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for growth and advancement
