This position offers hands-on exposure to manufacturing processes, materials engineering, hermetic sealing technology, and product development. Key Responsibilities

- Participate in new product introduction, process validation, and continuous improvement projects.
- Create and maintain engineering documentation including BOMs, routings, work instructions, and drawings.
- Work collaboratively with Production, Quality, Operations, and Design Engineering teams.
- Support manufacturing and production operations for hermetic sealing products. Qualifications
- BS in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Materials Engineering, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience (internships and co-op experience welcomed).
- Proficient with CAD software such as SolidWorks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred
- Exposure to manufacturing, machining, aerospace, or electronics packaging environments.
- Knowledge of GD&T, Lean Manufacturing, or statistical analysis methods.
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity, decision-marking, work quality, and to reduce cost.
