Support the development and implementation of strategies to optimize production processes Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement manufacturing best practices Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions Provide technical support and guidance to manufacturing and process engineering teamsQualifications Must Have:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics Minimum 1+ years of experience in project management or engineering Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesWe Value:
