$70-77/hr Responsibilities

+ Support New Product development projects by leading and executing the purchase, assembly, installation, and testing of custom or off the shelf manufacturing equipment and fixtures.

+ Develop custom inspection fixtures/equipment including mechanical setup, LabView software development, and machine learning.

+ Author manufacturing work instructions, inspection procedures, attribute charts, PPAP documents.

+ Create prints for components used for product repair.

+ Coordinate and troubleshoot incoming inspection / FAI of product components.

+ Set up manufacturing lines for product repair and inspection.

+ Apply engineering knowledge independently to problem-solve technical and non-technical issues. Requirements

+ Experience with building and testing fixtures and equipment.

+ Experience authoring manufacturing documents.

+ Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects and support supporting manufacturing lines.

+ Strong problem-solving skills (technical and non-technical).

+ Fluent in reading prints (components, custom fixtures, etc.).

+ Strong writing and documentation skills.

+ Experience with assembly and testing of fixtures/equipment.

+ Excellent communication skills.

+ Strong organization skills. +

Bachelor of Science in engineering or equivalent.
