Posted 06/2026 Job Description Job Summary Supports propulsion test operations by integrating test execution requirements, resources, and scheduling for pressure testing and clean room environments. Develops and maintains test plans, documentation, and performance metrics to support propulsion testing activities and program requirements. Coordinates with engineering teams and leadership to ensure execution of test and cleaning operations under general direction. Requirements Job Details- Manufacturing

- Must be a U.S. Citizen Education & Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Data Science, or Computer Science
- 7+ years of experience in test laboratory operations
- 7+ years of experience in propulsion testing, including propulsion systems, pressure and fluid systems, or vacuum systems
- 4+ years of experience in precision cleaning of hardware
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language Preferred Skills
- 4+ years of experience in clean room operations
- Experience as a lead, supervisor, or manager in testing environments
- Experience with propellant and chemical handling and storage requirements Job Duties & Functions
- Support development and tracking of performance metrics for propulsion test operations
- Develop and maintain test execution plans including scheduling, resource allocation, and facility usage tracking
- Coordinate communication plans to support test and cleaning activity status reporting
- Maintain documentation supporting test execution and cleaning requirements
- Track current and upcoming test phases to align cleaning and testing activities with program needs
- Coordinate daily with propulsion test management and engineering teams
