Job Description

About the Role Join a high-precision manufacturing team where your expertise in multi-axis machining will directly contribute to the production of critical aerospace components. You will be responsible for the end-to-end setup and operation of advanced milling equipment, ensuring every part meets rigorous quality standards. Responsibilities Execute independent setups and operation of 3-5 axis CNC milling centers to drive production efficiency. Produce complex aerospace parts by maintaining extreme precision and tight tolerance requirements. Validate component integrity by performing detailed dimensional inspections with micrometers, calipers, and advanced metrology tools. Translate complex engineering blueprints and technical specifications into high-quality finished products. Uphold strict quality management systems and documentation protocols consistent with AS9100 aerospace standards. Optimize machining processes to ensure consistent output and minimize material waste. Qualifications Required Skills Proven proficiency in independently setting up and running 3-5 axis CNC mills. Extensive background in precision machining within an aerospace or high-tolerance manufacturing environment. Demonstrated ability to interpret complex technical drawings and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T). Expertise in using precision measuring instruments for quality assurance. Preferred Skills Direct experience working within AS9100 certified quality environments. Strong commitment to continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles. Ability to troubleshoot machining issues and perform minor equipment adjustments to maintain uptime.
