$110,000-$130,000 + Annual Incentive Bonus (0-10%) SNI Technology is seeking an experienced Sr. Manufacturing Engineer for a growing engineering and manufacturing organization specializing in complex modular and electromechanical systems. This position plays a key role in driving manufacturing excellence through process optimization, workstation design, lean initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration. This is an excellent opportunity for a manufacturing engineering professional who thrives in fast-paced production environments and enjoys improving efficiency, quality, and scalability within advanced manufacturing operations. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for complex assemblies and production operations Design and improve workstation layouts, assembly sequencing, tooling concepts, and line flow to maximize safety, quality, and throughput Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on lean manufacturing, waste reduction, and operational efficiency Create and maintain manufacturing documentation including work instructions, process flows, routings, BOM structures, and standard operating procedures Collaborate closely with Design Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams to support production readiness and process standardization Review and refine engineering and shop drawings to ensure manufacturability and alignment with production sequencing Support
DFM/DFMA
initiatives to improve product manufacturability and assembly efficiency Utilize ERP systems to support production tracking, process control, and manufacturing data management Analyze production metrics and implement corrective actions to improve safety, quality, cost, and throughput Support equipment integration, process validation, and manufacturing scalability initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field required 5-10 years of manufacturing or process engineering experience Experience in modular, prefabricated, or complex electromechanical manufacturing environments strongly preferred Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies Experience with workstation design, ergonomics, assembly sequencing, and production line optimization Working knowledge of ERP systems, BOM management, routings, and production process controls Strong understanding of
DFM/DFMA
