$120,000 - $155,000

•This position requires the use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Visa sponsorship is not available for any position Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated and innovative Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department, supporting cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach, aligning seamlessly with the organization's commitment to excellence and innovation. What's the Job? Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues Analyze production data to identify areas for process optimization and cost reduction Lead efforts in process validation and compliance with industry standards Mentor and support manufacturing staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement What's Needed? 10-15 years experience in manufacturing engineering or a similar role Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt or demonstrated use and knowledge of Lean Six-Sigma methodologies and tools preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Knowledge of manufacturing processes, tools, and quality standards Ability to adapt to evolving technology and industry practices What's in it for me?
