Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes, test methods, equipment, and systems. Design and execute testing to evaluate product quality, performance, and reliability. Analyze engineering and component failures and identify root causes and corrective actions. Develop and apply engineering standards, procedures, and best practices. Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend effective engineering solutions. Plan and support engineering projects, including estimates for time, cost, and resources. Work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project and business objectives.
