full-time Position Summary This role supports engineering and manufacturing operations by developing, testing, and improving products, processes, equipment, and systems. The engineer will analyze technical issues, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions to improve product quality, reliability, and manufacturing performance. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes, test methods, equipment, and systems. Design and execute testing to evaluate product quality, performance, and reliability. Analyze engineering and component failures and identify root causes and corrective actions. Develop and apply engineering standards, procedures, and best practices. Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend effective engineering solutions. Plan and support engineering projects, including estimates for time, cost, and resources. Work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project and business objectives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience. Understanding of engineering principles, procedures, and concepts. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Ability to exercise sound engineering judgment and work independently with minimal supervision. Entry-level candidates with a degree and relevant academic or hands-on experience are encouraged to apply.
