Job Summary

Designs manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, processing, machining, and material handling. Develops production plans, manufacturing processes, and quality-focused procedures to support product performance and compliance with applicable regulations.

• Bachelor& 39;s degree and 11+ years of hands-on work experience
  
• Experience with Advanced Product Quality Planning
  
• Experience with the standard AS9145
  
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
  
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals Job Duties & Functions
  
• Design manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, processing, machining, and material handling.
  
• Develop arrangements of machines within plant facilities to support efficient and productive layouts.
  
• Create sequences of operations and specify procedures for fabrication of tools, equipment, and other functions affecting product performance.
  
• Adapt machine and equipment designs to factory and production conditions.
  
• Incorporate inspection and test requirements into production plans.
  
• Inspect machinery, equipment, and tools to verify efficiency and investigate corrective actions for problems and deficiencies.
  
• Develop manufacturing processes applicable to statistical process control and related techniques.
  
• Provide guidance to engineering regarding design concepts and specification requirements to optimize equipment and manufacturing techniques.
  
• Ensure processes and procedures comply with regulations. Physical Requirements & Environment
