Project Engineer Sr Job Description

• Provide cross-functional coordination between the program and manufacturing centers to ensure manufacturing commitments are met
• Develop and manage Control Accounts which will include BOE generation for proposal, EACs, BACs, and reporting cost and schedule impacts to senior leaderhip
• Present schedule/IMS updates to program senior management and discuss risks and opportunities to those updates Desired skills
• Technical experience in low-rate manufacturing
• Technical experience related to missile, launch vehicle, and/or space vehicle development
• Requires cross functional coordination in project management
• Project Management from inception to completion of a highly complex manufacturing process
• Earned Value (EVMS) experience
• Preferred experience in related SMD programs
• Able to interface with Engineering, Manufacturing, Contracts, Procurement, Quality, Administrative, Demand Management, and Management Personnel

National Pay Statement Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $85,500 - $150,765. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
