Job Description

Job Overview The purpose of the Kids Director is to assist with the overall program of birth-5th grade while supporting the implementation of the vision, mission, and core values of Mission Hills Church. What You'll Do Implement the weekly curriculum and organization of supplies to provide an intentional classroom and/or small group experience for kids Assist in the recruitment of Serve team members Provide training and leadership to equip Serve team members Coordinate the scheduling and weekly communication to the Serve team members Collaborate with the Littleton Kids Ministry to maintain campus-wide unity in programming and events Responsible for the health and safety of kids and Serve team members in all environments Assist in bringing on new ministries to the Kids department at the North Littleton Campus Co-plan and coordinate special events including Family Fun Night, Fall Festival, and other community events Manage database to ensure accurate information for kids and their families of the North Littleton Campus Collaborate with Middle and High School ministries to align all NextGen Ministry at the North Littleton Campus Regularly attend staff development, monthly huddles, and other campus-wide events Creatively assist in bringing on new ministries and events to the North Littleton Campus Meet regularly with the Campus Pastor to pursue ongoing spiritual and professional growth opportunities What You'll Need Education and/or experience that have prepared you for this role Commitment to our purpose: we exist because God loves the world and wants them to know it ( John 3:16) Commitment to our mission: we help people become like Jesus and join him on mission.
