Job Description

Position Overview:
Manufacturing Engineer We are looking for a talented and forward-thinking Manufacturing Engineer to join our innovative production team. This role is pivotal in driving process improvements, ensuring high-quality output, and maintaining safety standards in our sheet metal fabrication operations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in manufacturing engineering, with hands-on experience in sheet metal processes and a passion for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and optimize sheet metal fabrication processes to improve efficiency, reduce material waste, and enhance product quality. Program and operate CNC machines and CAM software to support precision sheet metal production. Perform root cause analysis on production issues and implement effective corrective actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the fabrication of components using laser cutting, punching, bending, and welding techniques. Integrate vision inspection systems and other quality control tools to ensure compliance with engineering specifications. Partner with assembly and production teams to streamline workflows and boost productivity.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in sheet metal manufacturing is highly preferred. Proficiency in CAM programming and CNC machining. Familiarity with robotics and automation, including basic robot programming. Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform detailed root cause analysis. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment.

$68,742.00 - $71,126.00 per year
