Support new product introduction from silicon bring-up through production release. Perform product characterization, qualification, and yield analysis. Develop and maintain automated test solutions and test programs. Analyze electrical and manufacturing data to identify and resolve product issues. Collaborate with design, validation, quality, reliability, and manufacturing teams. Drive improvements in product quality, test efficiency, and manufacturing performance.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and digital multimeters. Programming or scripting experience (Python, C/C++, VBA, etc.) is a plus. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Self-motivated individual contributor with the ability to work proactively in a collaborative environment Strong teamwork, organization, multitasking, communication, and active listening skills Technical writing and editing experience with the ability to create clear engineering documentation Excellent written, proof-reading, and verbal English communication skills
