Job Summary:

We are looking for a Controls & Automation Engineer to support PLC-based automation, assembly equipment, robotics, and manufacturing process improvements. Responsibilities Lead manufacturing improvement projects, equipment retrofits, and new equipment purchases. Support PLCs, robotics, vision systems, and servo-driven equipment. Create equipment documentation, including electrical schematics, operating instructions, specifications, and software backups. Prepare and execute FAT, SAT, and IQ protocols. Troubleshoot machine stoppages and identify root causes. Provide technical support to maintenance and manufacturing teams. Develop equipment specifications and work with vendors on equipment quotes and designs. Identify improvements to increase equipment OEE. Participate in equipment design reviews and support custom assembly equipment projects. Read and interpret electrical schematics. Required Skills Experience in Controls and Automation Engineering. PLC programming experience. Basic knowledge of vision systems and servo motors. Understanding of robotics and automated manufacturing equipment. Ability to read electrical schematics. Preferred Allen-Bradley PLCs. Cognex vision systems. Automated inspection systems. Rockwell Automation software. Refer
