We are looking for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer with strong manufacturing and Windchill PLM experience. The candidate will be responsible for improving manufacturing processes, supporting production, and managing PLM processes and product data.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes, tooling, equipment, and assembly methods. Identify manufacturing issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. Improve productivity, quality, efficiency, and process capability. Apply Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SPC, and continuous improvement methods. Support manufacturing equipment installation, machining, material handling, and production layouts. Manage engineering changes, product data, workflows, and lifecycle processes. Configure and support Windchill PLM , including workflows, attributes, lifecycles, and integrations. Support PLM integration with ERP, CAD, and MES systems. Support Agile PLM processes and product data governance. Perform process testing, inspections, and validation activities. Ensure manufacturing processes meet quality and regulatory requirements. Work closely with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams. Support projects related to manufacturing and PLM implementation.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field. 4+ years of relevant manufacturing engineering experience. Strong experience with Windchill PLM ; Windchill SME experience preferred. Experience configuring PLM applications, workflows, attributes, and lifecycles. Experience with PLM integrations with ERP, CAD, or MES systems. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SPC, and continuous improvement. Manufacturing environment experience with tooling and equipment. Knowledge of quality systems and regulatory requirements. Experience with Agile PLM is preferred. Good communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Pay:
$45.00 - $48.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
