Job Information The primary responsibility of this position is to manage projects which support Manufacturing with a focus on increased production capacity, cost reduction, and new process implementation. This is a role which involves close interaction with numerous engineering disciplines and hourly functions. Ability to work in a team environment is a must. This position holder must be comfortable in a fast paced, dynamic work environment. Individual must also be detail oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
Role & Responsibility Take responsibility for leading all aspects of the implementation of new manufacturing processes and equipment including Concept Review, Preliminary Design Review, Detailed Design Review, procurement, installation and budget management Define Functional Requirements, create Statements of Work, and prepare Requests for Quote and all associated documentation Work with Product/Manufacturing Engineering and Assembly Area personnel to determine process and equipment requirements Lead Peer Reviews, PFMEA's, and EH&S Reviews related to new tooling and equipment changes Maintain document revision control and document all vendor communications Work closely with outside vendors and internal groups to maintain project schedule
