We are expanding our service team to support growing customer demand. Role Overview We are seeking a Service Technician to perform machine installations, diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on CNC and industrial machinery. This role requires strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, clear communication, and the ability to work independently at customer sites. Experience with CNC Machines is not mandatory but is preferred. Key Responsibilities Repair, Install, and test CNC/industrial machinery Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and control-system issues Perform scheduled maintenance and emergency service Document service tickets, parts used, and corrective actions Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams Travel to customer facilities (primarily USA, occasional international) Qualifications 2+ years experience in industrial machinery, CNC service, or another hands-on mechanical role. Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and manuals Experience with PLCs, CNC controls, or hydraulic systems not required but is a plus Valid driver's license and ability to travel Professional communication and customer-service mindset What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Health insurance, 401k match, Paid Time Off, Overtime Professional training in-house and with local technical college. Pay:
