• Suffield, CT Our client, a growing healthcare services organization, is seeking a Finance Office Manager to support daily financial, administrative, and operational functions.

This role will be responsible for payroll processing, accounting support, employee onboarding activities, reporting, and general office operations in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Process payroll and maintain related records. Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoicing activities. Prepare routine financial reports and assist with account tracking. Coordinate onboarding and administrative employee processes. Maintain accurate financial and operational documentation. Assist with scheduling, office administration, and general operational support. Communicate with internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders as needed. Support special projects and day-to-day business operations. Qualifications 1+ years of experience in accounting, payroll, office management, or administrative support. Experience with payroll processing required. Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable required. ADP experience preferred.
