Job Description
Job Description Position Overview We are seeking a Manufacturing Technology Engineer to drive process improvements, equipment optimization, and capital projects within a manufacturing environment. This role partners with operations, engineering, and external vendors to improve safety, quality, productivity, and overall manufacturing performance. Key Responsibilities

- Develop basic data packages and technical justification for capital improvement projects in collaboration with vendors and cross‑functional teams.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement best‑in‑class processes and technologies through collaboration with technical experts.
- Lead process improvements to enhance yield, quality, uptime, capacity, and safety.
- Drive root cause analysis and resolution of complex manufacturing and equipment issues.
- Develop and execute plans for commissioning, decommissioning, start‑up, and shutdown activities.
- Lead qualification efforts for new and upgraded equipment.
- Drive continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and assets.
- Provide technical support to operations as needed.

Manufacturing operations or project management work. Mechanical, electrical, and power distributions experience.,- Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple complex, time‑sensitive projects.
- Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing plant environment.
- Strong technical problem‑solving skills with demonstrated experience diagnosing and resolving equipment and process issues.
