Job Description

Job Description Position Overview We are seeking a Manufacturing Technology Engineer to drive process improvements, equipment optimization, and capital projects within a manufacturing environment. This role partners with operations, engineering, and external vendors to improve safety, quality, productivity, and overall manufacturing performance. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop basic data packages and technical justification for capital improvement projects in collaboration with vendors and cross‑functional teams.
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement best‑in‑class processes and technologies through collaboration with technical experts.
  • Lead process improvements to enhance yield, quality, uptime, capacity, and safety.
  • Drive root cause analysis and resolution of complex manufacturing and equipment issues.
  • Develop and execute plans for commissioning, decommissioning, start‑up, and shutdown activities.
  • Lead qualification efforts for new and upgraded equipment.
  • Drive continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and assets.
  • Provide technical support to operations as needed.

Manufacturing operations or project management work. Mechanical, electrical, and power distributions experience.,
  • Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple complex, time‑sensitive projects.
  • Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing plant environment.
  • Strong technical problem‑solving skills with demonstrated experience diagnosing and resolving equipment and process issues.
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and develop others in a team‑based environment.
  • Demonstrated success influencing outcomes through collaboration, negotiation, and team leadership.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; effective in both self‑directed and team environments.
Six Sigma certification(s) preferred.
