  • Key Responsibilities:
  • + Lead execution of complex automation capital projects from concept through startup + Develop project Statements of Work (SOWs) with leveraged engineering teams + Lead basic data development with stakeholders (ops, process, quality) to define equipment and system requirements + Integrate multi-disciplinary systems including robotics, vision inspection, web-handling, and contamination control systems + Coordinate installation, FAT/SAT, commissioning, and startup activities + Act as primary site interface to global automation teams; support design reviews and implementation alignment + Lead change qualification and validation activities, including MOC, risk assessments, and change review processes + Ensure all changes meet customer, quality, and regulatory requirements with minimal production disruption + Ensure compliance with machine safety, EHS, and internal standards + Position is site-based in Newark, DE, with periodic travel (
